I gave them a second chance and I regret it!

After a terrible experience Christmas shopping with this Company, I gave them another chance because they sent me a coupon and their products are great in concept. This time they sent me someone else’s order, and I never received what I actually ordered. The package was addressed to me, but the invoice in the box had someone else’s name on it and the products were definitely not what I ordered. I’m sorry but I give up.
