Return & Refund Policies: 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. In order to qualify, products must be in their original packaging, be unaltered and undamaged. Unless defective, customized products cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable. Click here to download and print a return form. 

Shipping Errors or a Damaged Item:
