They clearly need more staff.

Writing was all chipped. Not worth it. I emailed them three times about a change in order and about a promo code I didn't receive. You CANNOT get ahold of these people. If they are short staffed..well that's unfortunate, but this is my review. Zero customer service. That was well over a month ago and THEY STILL have yet to ever reach out.
