Our co-founder's father, Paul D. Williams, served in the army during 1965-1966 in Vietnam. He was a radio teletype and served with the 19th Quarter Master; APO SF 96238 USARV. He earned the Sharpshooter (Rifle) medal, the good conduct medal and the Vietnam service medal. At the Lucky Shot Team, we extend our thanks and gratitude to our Veterans for their bravery and sacrifice for our freedom in this beautiful country.

At LuckyShot USA, we offer several methods for shipping your Veteran's Day Products to you. For orders of $75 or more after promotions and discounts are applied, we offer free economy shipping. You may want to order less merchandise, and we welcome your purchase. We offer three types of shipping for orders under $75. These are Economy Shipping, Ground Shipping, or Select Saver Shipping. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier, and these times are not within our control. Please allow LuckyShot USA 2-3 business days for processing for your Veteran's Day Merchandise.

What are your refund and return policies on
Veteran's Day Products?
At LuckyShot USA, we accept returns within limits. We must receive your return of the Veteran's Day Products within 30 days of when it was shipped. Your return must be unaltered and undamaged. It must also be in its original packaging and must have been purchased from our website. Your return must include all accessories. Please note that missing packaging or accessories will involve a Restocking fee of 10%-30% which may be deducted from your refund. Download and print our return form, and make sure to include this form with your return. We do not pay postage for returns, but upon your request, we will send you a USPS First Class or Priority label for your convenience. Then, send your return to us along with the form you printed. A Return Shipping fee will be deducted from the amount of your return. Customized Veteran's Day Merchandise may not be refunded.
