You may want to order less merchandise, and we welcome your purchase. We offer three types of shipping for orders under $75. These are Economy Shipping, Ground Shipping, or Select Saver Shipping. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier, and these times are not within our control. Please allow LuckyShot USA 2-3 business days for processing your Golf Gifts.

What are your refund and return policies on Golf Gifts?

We offer a return policy that must be completed within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. Please use our returns form when sending back your Golf Gifts. The merchandise you are returning must be in its original packaging. It must also be unused, unaltered, and undamaged. Merchandise that was custom-made for you may not be returned for a refund. If you are returning a product, it must have been purchased from our website, and you must include any accessories with it. We do not cover shipping costs for returns, but upon request, we will send you a USPS First Class or Priority shipping label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your return amount. Exchanges are not offered at this time, and customized Golf Gifts may not be returned. Please note that a Restocking fee of 10%-30% may be deducted from your return.
