If you are returning a product, it must have been purchased from our website, and you must include any accessories with it. We do not cover shipping costs for returns, but upon request, we will send you a USPS First Class or Priority shipping label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your return amount. Exchanges are not offered at this time, and customized American / USA Flag Merchandise may not be returned. Please note that a Restocking fee of 10%-30% may be deducted from your return.
