I purchased a set of .308 Skull glasses. There was an issue. I brought it up and Lucky Shot replacements arrived even before I shipped the chopped ones back. Lucky Shot also provided the mailing label for the return. I have nothing but good things to say about Lucky Shot. The replacements were perfect and a great addition to the son' s whiskey bar! I love the whiskey glass. It is somewhat bigger than I thought. So wrapping my hands around it is a little awkward for me. Perhaps I should have gotten the shot glasses....

I really like the way they look. Customer service top notch. One glass came in damaged and customer service had a replacement on the way in a day! I wish the lip of the glasses were a little more polished/smooth but not even that is worth losing a star over. Great product!
I bought this as a gift for my husband, he absolutely loved it.
One glass was damaged during shipment, I contacted customer service they shipped one out that day. I received the replacement within 4 days!
