Late delivery

The glasses are great but I had to wait 6 weeks for them. I paid $10.00 to have them delivered before Christmas and they were delivered three weeks into January 2021 with no way to check order status.

Wow

I use the word wow in every sense. Wow that I have called repeatedly and have gotten the runaround for an answer. Wow that I ordered on the 10th of Jan and was advised that our engraver had gone down, wow that I was told I would get a call back from someone after they spoke to usps and wow that I got an email asking how much I liked my product. They had no problem in accepting my money without delay, but have done nothing to even offer an apology or make things right. You too can experience WOW should you purchase something from this company. WOW!
