Great Gift Idea!

Poor logistics and customer service

I’m very displeased with lucky shot. I ordered two glasses that were supposed to be “in stock”. Not only did it take lucky shot 2 weeks to get around to shipping them, their carrier (fed ex ) had the package “pending” at one location for a full week. I called Lucky shot and fed ex both told me to call the other, worst part was lucky shot as call center in India so he was of no help to me. Finally after a month from placing the order the glasses came in after the event I needed Them for so thanks guys, no one has yet told me sorry or have contacted me to make it right. These people have no customer service and piss poor management. I’ll let everyone know not to give them business.
