I have purchased numerous items from Lucky Shot. I ordered two different custom beer pull handels. Unfortunately, when I received this one the threading did not match up with the custom labeling. I tried in several of my taps and all where the same. The words faced to the rear. It took 5 chats, 4 phone calls and several emails and nearly 8 weeks to get a replacement....which is also not threaded properly. VERY DISAPPOINTED with their customer service. I felt I was lied to each time they told me they would solve the problem. It finally took me becoming very strong and insistent to have the problem resolved. I am not sure I will order from them again based on this experience. I should have been refunded the cost of this item as it is still not correct.
